The Prompt Files · The Product

Your Agent Is Capable of Real Work.
It Just Never Got Set Up.

The Installation File is the setup program your own AI agent runs — interviewing you, learning your world, connecting your email and calendar, and installing three working routines. In about 20–30 minutes. In your account, with your data never leaving it.

The Freeze

You've seen what AI agents can do. Maybe you've read our own Case Files — real people handing real jobs to agents, with the receipts to prove it.

Then you opened your agent, and… froze.

What do I hand it first? How do I set it up? What do I actually type?

So you typed something vague. You got something vague back. And you concluded the thing everyone concludes: agents are overhyped.

They're not. Your agent wasn't broken — it was uninstalled. It's a new hire who showed up brilliant and knowing absolutely nothing about you: not your business, not your people, not your preferences, not your boundaries. Nobody performs in that job. Not even a human.

The Installation File is the onboarding your agent never got.

How it works

// 3 steps
01

You hand your agent the file

Purchase, download, paste it into your own Muse agent. That's the entire technical requirement — if you can send a message, you can do this step.

02

Your agent runs the installation — as an interview

It asks about you, your work, the people in your week, and the chores that eat your time. It writes everything into its own memory. It walks you, step by step, through connecting your email and calendar — and tests each connection live, in front of you, so "connected" means connected.

03

Three routines go live

A morning briefing. An inbox check that only surfaces what matters. And one workflow built around a real chore from your list, built to your definition of a job done well. Then it teaches you how to check its work — because an agent you can't verify is a toy, and one you can is an employee.

No calls. No screen-sharing with strangers. No human ever enters your account — including us.

Your data stays yours

Most "done-for-you AI setup" services work by taking your logins and rummaging around your accounts. We built the opposite. Your agent does the installing, inside your account, under your name. The Prompt Files receives nothing from your installation — no transcript, no profile, no data. We never ask for a password, and our support never needs one.

That's the architecture, not a promise. There's nothing to leak because there's nothing to hand over.

Honest answers

"Is a human going to set this up for me?"

No — and that's deliberate. Your own agent does it, guided by our program, which means the setup happens in your account, at your pace, and the knowledge of how you're set up lives with your agent, not in some consultant's notebook.

"I'm not technical."

The program assumes that. Your agent explains each step in plain language and proves each one works before moving on. Your expertise is your own work — the interview is about that.

"Will this make me money / save me exactly X hours?"

We're not going to claim that, because nobody honest can. What it does: gives your agent your context, your connections, and three running routines aimed at the chores you said eat your time. What that's worth depends on your work — you define the success measure during the interview, in your own words — and on day 14, the program has you judge the results against it.

"What if something doesn't work on my setup?"

The program tests honestly and says so, with a working fallback (like a paste-in inbox routine) instead of a fake success. And Vox is one email away.

"What if I want more, later?"

Owners can add monthly Tune-Up Packs ($49–$99/mo) — new routines and refreshers, delivered the same way. Optional, cancel anytime, never required.

The alternative is another month of a stranger

Right now, your agent forgets you between sessions and answers like a search engine with manners. Thirty minutes from now it could be briefing you every morning, watching your inbox, and running a chore you hate — knowing your people, your preferences, and exactly where its boundaries are.

That's the whole offer. Proof is what The Prompt Files publishes for free. This is the installation.
